I contacted several paint companies to schedule appointments and collect bids to paint my home in FishHawk. A few never responded…. imagine that! Carlos with ONLY PRO called me immediately and scheduled an appointment for the following day. Carlos was great from start to finish. He offered to help with color suggestions and brought paint samples to test on the walls. The day his team was schedule to paint he showed up early, his team was prepared. They patched all the nail holes, fixed a few rough areas that were damaged, covered all my furniture and cabinets to protect my stuff. They painted all of the common areas, my loft dinning room and kitchen. I have 20ft ceiling in the entrance and great room so the job was not easy. His team is a well oiled machine, they started at 8am and finished by 4!!! The edges at the trim, crown and ceilings are razor sharp, no splatter, no mess. His crew did two walks with me before Carlos come through at the end and did a final walk to make sure we didn’t miss anything. He has a great eye as we found very small areas that I would have never noticed but he did. Carlos and his team did an exceptional job on our home. My husband and I change our minds about three times when we were deciding on our color choice. Carlos was very patient and provided excellent advise to help up make a final decision. We are so happy with the outcome. We’ve received so many compliments from out neighbors. Carlos and his team did a beautiful and wonderful job!! They went above and beyond and gave so much more than we asked for. We were contacted immediately by Carlos, after requesting a quote to paint 1 room in our old property, and he was there within a couple hours and we hired him on the spot. We liked him, personally and professionally, so much from that brief meeting, we decided to hire him to paint our new property! He spent time with me to pick the proper colors based on my desires for the house and helped my budget with great suggestions! He personally spent time on the project at the new property and even surprised me with touch ups around the house from a previous paint job!! Carlos and his team did an outstanding job painting our interior! Carlos was very quick to respond to all calls and questions. Very fair and reasonable priced. They arrived on time, the team was professional, repaired all necessary places to make the walls look great, they cleaned up after they were done. Will use again in the future for any painting needs. They definitely went above and beyond to make our home look great!
